Rose Gets Physical - Although I think I would enjoy going to the gym on a regular basis, I just do not have the time which is a real pity because I really love the feeling of well being I get from strenuous physical activity. These pictures were taken during a quiet moment when we found ourselves virtually alone in a gym and I had decided to check the equipment out. I really enjoyed the workout, and when we left I once again pondered the thought that it seems that the things we want to do are always overridden by the things we have to do. I hope you enjoy my workout too.
