You were not in any way dancing with any extrordinary speed but your camera was set way too slow causing extremly blurry. Increase the lighting. Even with lower quality cameras or cell phones if you maximize lighting it helps the camera to overcome some of it's limitations. Have multiple light scources to eliminate excessive shadowing.
