I stretched it and voted FAIR. FUCK the music total waste of time and effects wasted as I turned it off before it was over.

I would re-cut this one and strip out all of the "Las Vegas" stuff. If you re-use parts, then zoom in to different areas of the shot. It will make it more interesting. The only effect I would keep is the slow motion.
